Client Services Representative (Warner Robins) 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 400 Corder Road, Warner Robins, GA 31088 Nichols, Cauley & Associates, LLC is a full-service public accounting firm seeking a qualified Client Services Representative to join its expanding team. The Client Services Representative is responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client & team member experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
o Distribute daily correspondence such as phone calls, mail, emails & faxes. o Prepare written communications for the management team. o Provide detailed information about products and services. o Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all client interactions.
Issue Resolution:
o Identify and resolve client issues effectively and efficiently. o Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as necessary.
Account Management:
o Assist clients with account setup, maintenance, and updates. o Assisting with purchasing, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic accounting services.
Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain client and firm confidentiality. o Maintain accurate records, including retrieving and filing records and reports, including the ability to use scanning equipment and maintain accuracy of files. o Track projects and prepare reports to help keep projects on task. o Provide insights and suggestions for improving client services.
Team Collaboration:
o Assist with office administration tasks, including the assembly and distribution of client information, interfacing with team members and clients, and scheduling of firm and team activities. o Work closely with other departments to resolve client issues. o Participate in team meetings and training sessions. o Contribute to the development and implementation of client service policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Associates degree in business or related field; Bachelor’s of business administration, management, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
Experience:
o Previous experience in customer service or client relations is preferred. o Experience in Accounting is a plus.
Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Strong problem-solving abilities. o Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. o Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. o High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
