Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our agency—helping clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and general insurance inquiries. You’ll also support the agency team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships. ⸻
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person Process policy updates, payments, and service requests Educate clients on insurance coverages and available options Support claims processes and follow up with clients as needed Maintain client records and update agency systems accurately Assist with daily administrative tasks and support marketing efforts ⸻
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous customer service or office experience (preferred) Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License (preferred•or must be willing to obtain upon hiring) Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-focused environment ⸻
