FUNCTION, TASKS & DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Customer Order Management Confirm and enter customer orders into Navision Monitor completion of orders and assist logistics coordinator with status and order updates. Ensure completed product is shipped in a timely manner or escalated to commercial team if necessary. Logistics Management Communicate freight needs to logistics coordinator Perform duties of logistics coordinator during absences/vacations Customer Credit Memo Management Generate, post, transmit customer credit memos related to quality and service issues. QC Material Review Prioritizing Prioritize product sorting/auditing order for items under quality review (MRB)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall customer satisfaction Maintain Resilux America image to customer Fulfillment of purchase orders Oversight of transportation Tracking and management of slow moving stock/orders Track and report OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) and Service/Shipping complaints Handling of customer inquiries Sales service
POWER OF AUTHORIZATION
Commit to: Freight rates, production lead times, start dates, ready dates, and inventory (bottles, preforms, color, corrugate). Final authorization of product pricing is approved through sales.
GENERAL PROFILE
(required skills/specifications/education/qualifications) Education minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Be detail-oriented and accurate. Able to quickly prioritize any number of urgent tasks simultaneously Able to adapt quickly to changes in customer and production requirements Able to effectively communicate across multiple departments Able to assist with the varied needs of all customers Problem-solving skills with a balance between the customer and company’s best interests Organizational skills: filing, retention of written and spoken communication Knowledge of basic office software: email, spreadsheets, word processing, etc.
