English – Pay from $25 to $27 per hour Bilingual – Pay from $25 to $28 per hour Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat. Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering. Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior customer service experience is a plus , but we’ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers! For Bilingual (Spanish) role – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
