Call Center Representative – Temp Fulltime – Retiree Friendly Southern Background Services LLC 9 Latimer St, Hazlehurst, GA 31539 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our client applicants, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every caller. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Duties Make outgoing reference and employment calls to assist in the background process. Respond to incoming calls and assist references/employers. Provide accurate information regarding job applicants in a timely manner. Analyze applicant needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives. Maintain detailed records of applicant/employer interactions . Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address common issues. Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure complete applications. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality. Skills Strong client services experience with a focus on completing references. Previous call center experience is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Proficient in using computers and various software applications for data entry and record keeping. A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
