Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you will engage with potential customers who have requested a free quote for their bathroom remodel. You will be responsible for setting appointments for in-home consultations with our designers, providing a top-notch customer experience, and ensuring that each potential lead is handled with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to potential customers who have requested a free quote for their bathroom remodel, and gather relevant information to assess their needs.
Uncovering Customer Needs:
Ask a series of questions about the customer’s current bath or shower, and identify any problems they may be experiencing (e.g., leaks, cracks, outdated style).
Scheduling Appointments:
Schedule in-home consultations with our designers for qualified leads. Ensure all decision-makers are present for the appointment and gather necessary details like names, contact information, and preferred appointment times. Promote the Value of the
Consultation:
Explain the benefits of having a free, in-home consultation and walk-through of the available options.
Address Questions:
Answer common inquiries about pricing, timeframes, and services (i.e., re-glazing, repairs, complete remodels).
Manage Lead Status:
Update lead status in our system and follow up with customers based on their status, including day-of, follow-up, and rescheduled calls.
Record Keeping:
Accurately document interactions and schedule updates in our system.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service at all times by being friendly, clear, and informative.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but not required.
Communication Skills:
Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills. Must be comfortable engaging in conversations, asking qualifying questions, and discussing potential bathroom remodel options.
Organization:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities.
Computer Skills:
Comfortable using computer systems for data entry and appointment scheduling.
Positive Attitude:

Detail-Oriented:

Schedule:
Full-time position Must be available for outbound calls during business hours, typically Monday to Friday, with some potential for occasional weekend shifts.
