CSR – Customer Service Representative Red Barn Veterinary Hospital 14 Seven Mile Hill Rd, Dahlonega, GA 30533 We are an established, privately owned, veterinary hospital located in the beautiful mountains of North Georgia. We have been growing and need to add to our team! We are currently hiring full-time CSR – Customer Service Representatives and would love to meet you! Job duties include greeting clients, answering phones and addressing client inquiries with professionalism and empathy. The CSR team manage appointment scheduling for our clients and ensure seamless communication from medical staff to our pet parents! All members of staff are required to learn and show comprehension in basic veterinary medicine to include basic heartworm/flea/tick prevention knowledge, hospital vaccine protocols, and more. We take pride in having all members of the staff knowledgeable about our patients and the care they receive! Candidates MUST have previous reception/CSR experience and be able to provide professional references.
