Job Title :

Customer Service Representative Duties Order Entry in SAP Logistics coordination with forwarders, transportation companies, and warehouses Direct communication with customers for order/shipment questions/status Documentation and paperwork Communication with the headquarter on shipment status Input/extract data from customer’s EDI system Light purchasing and AR duties Other duties and projects for personal and team growth Qualifications College degree or equivalent required; college degree preferred Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in using computer systems and software applications Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits package including 100% company covered medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement plan options, paid time off, diverse working force who value cultural exchanges, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
