Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Thomson, Georgia. This is a Contract position with potential for permanency that offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, handle inquiries efficiently, and support the growth of new and existing business relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and production schedules.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including pricing details and account information.
• Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify opportunities for growth and foster long-term, profitable business relationships.
• Generate production folders based on customer purchase orders and projected usage requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment while managing changing priorities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with a high degree of integrity.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Skilled in performing basic calculations, such as weights, proportions, percentages, and volume measurements.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus!
