Double Churches Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team! Do you love to smile? Are you friendly, organized, and professional? Double Churches Animal Clinic, a quality and service oriented small animal veterinary practice located in north Columbus GA, is looking for a dependable, motivated, outgoing, dynamic client service representative with exceptional people skills. Applicants must have at least 2 years of customer service and computer experience and be comfortable with both canines and felines. Preferred candidates will have previous experience in the veterinary field. Our CSRs are the face of our clinic and are responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including: greeting clients, answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, discussing finances, and collecting payments. Answering client questions regarding clinic services and products. Accurate data entry into computer software medical records; email, faxing, scanning, copying of clinic documents. Maintaining a clean and sanitized lobby and waiting area. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, accept constructive criticism and guidance, and enjoy working both individually and on a team. Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-6pm as scheduled.
