As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional post-delivery support and customer satisfaction while collaborating across departments to drive process efficiency. Your contribution:
Act as the primary liaison for customer inquiries, delivering timely and effective resolutions to post-shipment concerns. Coordinate and facilitate the handoff to internal teams such as Invoicing, Shipping, Production Control, and Technical Support Services. Monitor and manage warranty order processing, credits, debits, RNAs, and other customer service-related transactions using SAP and internal systems. Submit accurate shipment load plans, ensuring the correct logistics arrangements are communicated to the shipping team. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues related to shortages, overages, defects, and repairs. Track and report order progress using SAP, Smartsheets, Access, and Excel, ensuring full visibility and data integrity. Assist with product service requests and warranty claims, collaborating with Engineering and TSS as needed.

Additionally, you have the following: A high school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 1-3 years of relevant customer service or operations support experience. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Excel, Access, and Smartsheets.
