• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsibilities:

• Utilize House Call Pro to schedlue and book calls
• Assist with transportation planning and scheduling
• Utilize GPS and CRM software for efficient routing and tracking
• Operate phone systems to address customer inquiries and Book calls promptly
• Analyze customer needs and communicate effectively to provide solutions
• Support operations as needed

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service for the service industry or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Dispatching and Scheduling calls
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze information and problem-solve efficiently
• Knowledge of Housecall Pro, CompanyCam, and phone systems is advantageous This position offers competitive compensation, opportunities for growth, and a supportive work environment.
