Position Overview:

As a Customer Care Team Member , you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you’ll manage inbound calls, offer product and service information, resolve issues, and engage with customers in a meaningful way. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Inbound Calls:

Handle a high volume of incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing timely, accurate information.

Customer Needs Assessment:

Engage with customers to assess their needs and offer appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Build Long-Term Relationships:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through open communication, trust-building, and proactive engagement.

Provide Accurate Information:

Ensure all information provided to customers is accurate, clear, and helpful using the right tools and resources.

Resolve Customer Complaints:

Address customer concerns with empathy and provide solutions, ensuring a swift resolution and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.

Promote Offers and Service Agreements:

Identify opportunities to present service agreements and current promotions to customers, driving sales and enhancing their service experience with tailored solutions.

Document Interactions:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, service requests, and sales activities within our CRM system.

Follow Communication Procedures:

Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain consistency and quality in all customer interactions. Go the

Team:
Proven Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to listen to customers, identify their needs, and resolve issues efficiently.

Communication Excellence:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage customers effectively and professionally.

Adaptability:

Ability to respond to a wide variety of customer personalities and issues with a positive and solutions-focused attitude.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a busy work environment.

CRM Experience:

Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to document customer interactions accurately.

Sales Opportunity Identification:

The ability to identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.

High School Diploma:

A high school degree is required, and additional certifications or education in customer service are a plus.

Background Check and Drug Screening:

Must pass a background check and drug screen upon accepting an offer.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while using a computer and speaking on the phone. Must be able to type for extended periods.
