POSITION

Licensed Customer Service Representative (experienced) Insurance is a product that everyone needs but not everyone understands. When people are shopping for insurance, they want a friendly, reliable, and educational experience. This is where you come in! You will be our customer’s entrance to the world of insurance and save them money in the process. We are looking to add an experienced Sales Producer to our team. You MUST already have your Property and Casualty Insurance License and have agency experience in live transfers, internet/data leads, and selling property and casualty products.

A typical day will include:

• Joining daily huddles to get everyone on the same page as a team
• Answering and Making a high volume of outbound calls to existing customers
• Gathering information, from customers/prospects; maintaining accurate data in the CRM system. Explaining, adjusting insurance products and policies, mostly over the phone, some over email, and a few in person.
• Meeting with your team as needed This would be the perfect fit for you if: You have a passion for people.
