The Process and Customer Support Representative will assist UITS and the Shared Administrative Services Center; answering phones, processing work orders, data requests, and assisting with the analysis of reports and other documents; collaborating with the Process Improvement Analyst and other SAS staff to support day-to-day clerical operations, process improvement initiatives, procurement, and maintaining administrative budget and business processes; assist with the creation of presentations and dashboards; preparing and maintaining various departmental information and project planning; greeting visitors to the office and assisting them politely and professionally and work hours are flexible within office hours, accommodating your academic commitments.
Efficiently manage clerical operations, answer phones, and maintain departmental information;
Review budget detail reports to update spreadsheets and create analysis, reports, dashboards;
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint for document preparation and data management;
Assist with the analysis of reports and financial documents;
Work effectively with the Process Improvement Analyst and other SAS staff;
Support project planning and assist with coordination/collaboration and execution;
eQuest ¿ document Work in Progress status updates;
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Business Management or relevant field;
Position open to all students enrolled in at least six credit hours;
Students with a grade point average of 2.5 and above are preferred .
The salary is commensurate with education and experience. This position will work up to 25 hours per week.
