Call Center/Customer Service Agents-Start ASAP-Over 20 Openings Eagle Resource Group Covington, GA 30014 Contract to Hire Call Center Agents Needed to Start ASAP!!!! Start Date is 7/7 Training is 3 weeks Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00 PM Work Schedule is 40 hours per weeks after Training. Must be able to work a shift Between the days and hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-10:00pm and Weekends from 10am-7pm. You will work 5 days per week!!! Must have Some Call Center Experience!!!!!! Must be able to pass a background check NO Felonies!!!!! We are seeking several motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Utilize effective phone etiquette to build rapport with customers and enhance their experience. Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date in the system. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures when required. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized office environment to ensure productivity. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping. Experience in sales is a plus, with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling services. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage customers positively. Ability to operate computerized systems for call management and data entry tasks. Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
