Temporary Customer Service Representative – Memorials Division Clearstream Monuments Watkinsville, GA 30677 Clearstream Monuments is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to assist families with selecting and ordering memorials during a busy seasonal period. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, organized, and comfortable guiding individuals through emotional and sensitive decisions. As a representative of our Memorials Division , you will work closely with families to answer questions, explain options, complete paperwork, and coordinate with our team to ensure accurate and timely service. This is a full-time, temporary, hourly position based in our Watkinsville office (near the Oconee Connector).

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist families with memorial selection Answer phone and email inquiries Provide product information and guide families through paperwork Input and track orders Maintain a professional and calming office environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable using a computer and office software Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
