Position:

Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative

Pay:

$16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits

Schedule:

8am-10pm EST. M-Fri. (Must be able to work any 8hr Shift between these hours)
Equipment Provided.

Start Date:

Mid-June 2025 Responsibilities include but not limited: Answer inbound calls and making outbound calls assisting patients with medically related inquires.
Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
Provide good customer service and empathy.
Using computer skills for data entry.
Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Provide accurate information about the prescription benefits.
Document patient interactions and update records promptly and accurately
Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.

Qualifications:

 Must have 1 or more years of recent call center experience. (NO

EXCEPTIONS

) Healthcare call center experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
Adhere to all company required KPI’S
Quiet workstation with High Speed Internet and Modem access

REQUIRED.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Active listening and problem-solving ability
Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
HS Diploma/Equivalent
