We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Operator to join our team at a reputable agricultural cooperative. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and our organization.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, assisting customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, and account information. Identify and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s database. Adhere to company policies, call center protocols, and industry regulations to ensure high-quality service. Work closely with other departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor. Basic computer skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
