Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Evaluate customers’ needs and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
- Proactively contact leads and recommend appropriate policies, quotes, and coverages
- Maintain tracking systems, follow ups, and documents
- Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
- Meet established goals Requirements
- Proven working experience as a customer service agent or relevant experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proven ability to work with goals
- Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
- High school or BS degree
- Willingness and ability to study, learn, and pass licensing tests to become a licensed agent Hours and Benefits
- Monday through Friday (no evenings or weekends)
- Salary (Starting at a min of $18-$25/hr) + production bonuses. Higher compensation is available depending on experience
