JOB TITLE :

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

DEPARTMENT

: Augusta Outpatient

SCHEDULED HOURS

: Monday – Friday (may vary) To assist individuals served in accessing mental health and substance abuse services. To provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides exceptional customer service to all stakeholders and guests. All stakeholder greeting/interactions will be with a warm voice tone and facial expressions (ie; smile), and appropriate posture and stance. Provides appropriate phone/communication etiquette to all stakeholders and guests. All telephone communications will be responded to within three (3) rings, and all voice message communications returned within 24 hours. Daily use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to include, but not limited to: registration, check-in, scheduling, check-out, scanning documents/items, and viewing reports. Through scheduling in the EMR, ensure staff schedules of available time are scheduled with appointments, and back fill appointments within 24-48 hours. Enter call logging notes in EMR as appropriate. Add alerts to EMR as appropriate. Reviews files, records, EMR, and other documents to obtain information to respond to request. Serves as job expert or resource in assigned area. Completes and mails or faxes correspondence as requested. Completes tasks and assignments associated with administrative support functions. Completes reports/projects, billing corrections, and scanning documents as assigned and if needed. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :
