Job Summary:
Looking for someone with demonstrable customer centric attitude andprofessional demeanor. Must be proficient in MS Office suite -Outlook, Word & especially Excel in a SharePoint environment.
Position Purpose:
A Customer Service Associate at PerformanceFoodservice is vital to the success of our Company. As a part ofthe sales support team, this position is the first point of contactfor all customers that have questions about their order, ourproducts or about Performance Foodservice. They act as a liaisonbetween the customer and the Sales Account Representative as wellas internal departments. They are a member of the Customer Serviceteam that functions within the department and organization, asrequired, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Attend trainingand Customer Service meetings. Processing orders & transactionsAnswering questions about products and services Troubleshoot andresolve problems Support Sales in all aspects Provides informationto other departments based on customer feedback Performs otherrelated duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
