Experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative Bladen Animal Hospital – Elizabethtown, NC Monday-Friday | Weekends Off Bladen Animal Hospital is a full-service small animal practice rooted in the heart of our community. We take pride in truly knowing our clients and their pets—many of whom we’ve cared for over the years. We’re currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who shares our passion for personal, compassionate care in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
About Us:
We’re a busy yet close-knit veterinary team that values long-term relationships, both with our clients and within our staff. Our hospital offers in-house lab work (bloodwork, fecals, infectious disease testing), radiology, general surgery, and dental procedures. But what sets us apart is the trust we build with our clients and the way we treat every patient like our own.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone with at least one year of experience in a small animal veterinary hospital who enjoys getting to know people and pets, and who brings warmth, professionalism, and reliability to the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients by name and provide a friendly, helpful first impression Schedule appointments using Cornerstone Veterinary Software Answer phones, check voicemails, and communicate clearly and kindly with pet owners Send and receive emails and faxes, and keep accurate records in our veterinary software Work closely with our veterinary team to support patients’ needs Share basic advice on pet care and nutrition with clients Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and assist with general cleaning throughout the clinic Follow detailed instructions and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
