Customer Service Representative Position Available In Richmond, Georgia

Customer Service Representative Kendrick Paint and Body Shops, Inc. Augusta, GA 30901 With nine locations and over 200 employees, Kendrick Paint and Body Shops, Inc. is the largest group of automotive collision centers within the CSRA, and we have been family owned since our founding in 1952. We continue to rapidly grow and expand our footprint in the area, and we are actively pursuing and recruiting candidates to join our team. The customer service representative is a front office staff position responsible for all customer contact from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

All customer contact

• whether via phone, email, text
• from start to finish, including but not limited to updating the customer on status of vehicle, answering questions, etc.

Contacting insurance companies Uses the highest standard in professionalism when dealing with customers, insurance representatives, vendors and associates Assist with collection of Accounts Receivable Clerical duties, such as data entry, faxing, emailing, obtaining proper signatures, etc. Answering phones and emails in a timely manner

Requirements:
