Position Overview The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering superior customer support by answering customer inquiries quickly and effectively, resolving issues with empathy and care, documenting issues to share with internal teams, nurture relationships, and improve brand credibility. This role is 100% work from office. What you’ll do Deliver friendly customer service while accurately fulfilling customer orders via phone and email, answering inquiries and managing incoming calls. Track and troubleshoot customer orders and shipments Take and record customer complaints. Research and resolve issues within Carole guidelines Provide customer timely and accurate information relative to general inquiries Issue returns and return labels on repair and remakes Monitor Customer Service email Inbox
- respond to customer inquiries in timely manner Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service File, pull, and purge paperwork Basic product knowledge Maintain call log Performs other duties as assigned Who you are High school diploma 3-5 years customer service representative experience in a call center environment Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Accuracy with names, numbers and spelling Ability to use office equipment, such as computers, phone and scanner/copier Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and M365/Outlook Experience in Gmail and Google chrome Strong communication skills including listening, verbal and written skills Strong attention to details Data entry skills Office administration skills What’s in it for you?
