Position Summary:

The Hospital Service Representatives are a key component of the patient and family experience at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center. These “first impression” professionals lead the way in our ongoing journey towards becoming the destination of choice for healthcare. This team of professionals, identified by their warm smiles an signature blue blazers, provide the highest level of patient engagement, attention, assistance, and service to our guests from the moment that they enter our facilities to the moment they depart. The Hospital Service Representatives are a cohesive team who proactively build partnerships with colleagues in departments across the medical center for the benefit of our patients and families including volunteers, security professionals, environmental services, physician’s offices, etc. We are committed to maintaining a constant presence at all main entrances to ensure that our guests always have a service resource available to them. Position Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent from a recognized State or Federal accrediting organization. Experience in concierge services. Must have the ability to type, use of email, have basic knowledge of computer programs used in creating word documents, spreadsheets and other documents as requested.
