Service Advisor:
Advise customers about necessary services and routine maintenance Obtain vehicle information, give customer accurate written cost of maintenance/repairs Open and close repair tickets Schedule maintenance appointments Communicate with customer to let them know when work is complete Review repair orders to ensure accuracy Communicate with Service Technicians Qualifications/Requirements –
Service Advisor:
Experience required Positive attitude and works well in a team environment Sales and/or Customer service Experience Knowledge of Powersports mechanical operation Good multitasking and organizational skills Valid Driver’s License High school diploma or equivalent Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
