Customer Support/Help Desk 4.8 4.8 out of 5 stars Conyers, GA 30013 Hybrid Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to internal users, ensuring efficient resolution of IT-related issues. Duties Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding IT issues Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions Provide excellent customer service to all users Experience Proven experience in desktop support and IT help desk functions Familiarity with firewall configurations and VPN setups Proficiency in using Jira, ServiceNow, and other ticketing systems Knowledge of Linux operating systems is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
