The Cashier provides excellent customer service to the customers to make their experience enjoyable and make them return. The customer is the number one priority for the Cashier.
Some Essential Functions:
Maintains 100% total customer focus. Works together with the other store employees and management as a team. Works when scheduled by the Store Manager. Full-time team members work up to forty (40) hours per week, or more if necessary. Executes policies, procedures, and tasks to maximize sales and profitability while controlling expenses and store losses. Creates a positive store culture by treating customers, other team members, and management fairly and with respect. Maintains a safe and secure environment for all team members and customers. Continuously trains and develops to become a more efficient team member. Checks in deliveries, correctly retailing merchandise according to prices set by the corporate office, and noting variations in invoice pricing. Offering fast, friendly service.
