Summary We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Turner’s Furniture. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their shopping experience. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer care. Responsibilities Customer issues and concerns are properly addressed Order parts as needed for service and shop Schedule appointments for field technicians Follow up on service appointments Requirements Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
