Job Description
Customer Service & Support Durand-Wayland, Inc. LaGrange, GA 30241 Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a passion for helping others in a professional and friendly manner. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service(especially parts), order entry and excellent communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as well as responding to customer concerns with both enthusiasm and empathy. Responsibilities:
Answer customer questions. Provide customer feedback to management. Respond and react to customers in real time. Listen to the customers and adjust accordingly.
