Are you an energetic, customer-focused individual who loves helping others? At HomePro Mobility, we change lives every day by helping people stay safe and independent in their homes. We’re currently looking for a motivated Contact Center Agent to join our team for the 9 AM – 5 PM shift (some Saturdays as needed, typically 1 per month) at our Loganville headquarters.
Job Description:
As a Contact Center Agent for HomePro Mobility, you’ll play a key role in connecting with customers who have already shown interest in our services. You’ll set appointments for free inspections, handle inbound calls, and ensure every customer interaction is smooth and supportive. You’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about making a difference and helping people live more independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and energy. Identify customer needs, clarify any details, and provide effective solutions. Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring our representatives’ schedules are optimized for success. Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service. Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track customer interactions and appointments.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, positive, and customer-first approach to every interaction. Experience with CRM systems and Google Sheets is a plus. Previous contact center or customer service experience is preferred

Full-time position with a consistent 9 AM to 5 PM schedule (some Saturdays as needed, typically 1 per month).
