Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Driver/Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills. Part time position working approx. 15-25 hours per week, Monday
- Friday.
(Includes shuttling orders between the store and the processing plant in Lafayette, daily) Applicant must have a clean driving record, must be able to pass a drug screen, be able stand/sit for extended periods, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a kind & professional manner, accurately take in orders, pull outgoing orders and process payments
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone or chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Assist customers with placing & tracking orders, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer inquiries or escalations
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating various software applications
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
