They must be able to multi-task and use a computer proficiently. They will be answering calls and Booking Birthday Parties and Group functions.

Responsibilities:

Primary Duties Include answering phones and booking parties and events. The Office Assistant will be responsible for organizational tasks, answering phones and assisting the executive team in any way possible.

• Answer phones for business and schedule parties and events.

You will be going through emails daily and calling customers with party information. You must have good communication and customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is upbeat that the customer can tell by just hearing their voice.
