In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Duties Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Follow up on customer feedback to ensure continued satisfaction. Assist in training new staff members as needed. Skills Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills. Experience in customer support or client services, preferably in a call center environment. Ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly and concisely. Outbound calling experience is desirable. Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
