Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes. Maintain organized records of customer interactions in our computerized systems. Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Experience Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is an advantage. Proficiency in office software and computerized systems is required.
