Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday•9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday•8:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Wednesday•

We are seeking a friendly and professional Counter Sales / CSR to join our team at our Minden, LA location. This hybrid role will involve assisting customers with sales inquiries, processing transactions, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and provide information on available furniture and accessories.

Sales Support:

Process sales transactions, take orders, and provide information on promotions and product features.

Counter Sales:

Assist customers at the counter, manage phone inquiries, and provide recommendations for furniture and accessories based on customer needs.

Inventory Management:

Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and ensuring product displays are organized and up-to-date.

Order Fulfillment:

Help customers with special orders and ensure their satisfaction with product delivery and installation.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Organized with excellent attention to detail. Dependable and a team player. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
