This is a position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment with high walk-in and phone traffic, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills. Please only apply if you meet the following criteria: This is an in-office position must be able to make the commute to our Bossier City, LA office location for work Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Must have an active Property and Casualty Insurance license. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Answer phones and greet clients Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

Match Qualifications:

Property & Casualty license Life and Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment Current or previous State Farm experience or Independent Agent is a plus, but not necessary Strong professionalism and work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus!
