Client Success Representative Join the Matthews Landscape Team in Shreveport, LA! Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you enjoy building strong relationships and making sure clients feel truly taken care of? If so, Matthews Landscape wants to meet you! We’re a locally owned, fast-growing landscape company based in Shreveport, Louisiana, and we’re looking for a Client Success Representative to be the voice and support system for our amazing clients. In this role, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our team, ensuring every service is delivered smoothly and with care. What You’ll Do:

Be the main point of contact for our clients—answering questions, providing updates, and resolving concerns Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships Work closely with our operations team to schedule and coordinate services Track feedback and help improve the overall client experience Represent our company values with professionalism and positivity

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities A customer-first attitude and a knack for problem-solving Experience in customer service, account management, or a related role (landscape or service industry experience is a plus!) Comfortable using basic office software and customer management tools
