Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Shift:

11:00 AM – 7:00 PM |

Full-Time or Part-Time Position Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented CSR to support our call center operations. In this role, you will respond to inbound calls, schedule caregiver shifts, assist clients with service requests, and provide administrative support. This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional phone demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from clients, caregivers, and referral sources with professionalism and empathy. Schedule and confirm caregiver shifts and update the schedule in real-time. Resolve inquiries, escalate concerns when necessary, and ensure timely responses. Support the care coordination and HR teams with clerical tasks as needed. Maintain a high level of customer service and represent the company positively. Accounting and bookkeeping skills Ability to compose and edit correspondence Ability to prepare reports and publications Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to maintain confidentiality Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
