In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing customers support and assistance in navigating our services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively communicating and scheduling appointments, relaying and sending estimates and invoices, and locating and tracking down parts for technicians. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy. Analyze customer needs and provide solutions based off customer description and situation. Receive and schedule customers among technicians to ensure smooth flow of service. Work with technicians to keep schedule organized and customers updated with the status of their service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery. Provide feedback on customer trends and potential areas for improvement in service offerings. Requirements Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette. Familiarity with fleet management practices is preferred. Experience using Square and Square appointments is strongly preferred. Must be smart phone and computer savvy. Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
