The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service at all times. Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their needs. Handle data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions. Process cash handling transactions securely and efficiently when required.
