We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our team and help us deliver top-notch service to our valued customers. What You’ll Do Handle customer requests for price quotations, orders, lead times, changes, and cancellations. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Coordinate with production, shipping, and internal teams to manage and update order status. Manage small package shipping and prioritize piece-part selling and shipping to meet customer deadlines. Maintain customer data in SAP and customer portals, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date. Prepare customer acknowledgments, credit/debit memos, and terms and conditions documentation. Participate in customer account meetings and collaborate across teams to meet delivery goals. What We’re Looking For Associate degree or 3+ years of prior customer service or coordinator experience — or a combination of education and relevant experience. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus. Proficient in using various computer applications.
