Hybrid Key Responsibilities:
Addressing concerns from the provider community through high-volume inbound calls.
Meeting and retaining all quality and production standards.
Interacting professionally and timely with providers.
Accurately recording calls in the tracking system.
Assisting team members to achieve departmental objectives and goals.
Skills Required:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
Ability to establish and maintain positive work relationships.
Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
1-2 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
Medicaid and Medical Claims experience.
