What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (Independent Agency preferred). Active P&C License —you’re legit! Stellar communication and customer service skills that make clients feel valued. Insane attention to detail —you catch what others miss. Proficiency in insurance software (AMS360, Applied Epic) & Microsoft Office Suite . Ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment.
