Must have outstanding member service skills and possess the ability to work in a team environment. Responsible for the day to day teller transactions including but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, etc. as well as opening and closing of accounts and all member service requests including current balances, transaction history, loan payoffs and statements. Process requests for stop payments, card disputes, wire transfers, and ACH. Maintain product knowledge to assist members with any and all needs. Teller experience required with accurate cash handling and regulatory compliance knowledge. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment. Strong communication and time management skills. Member service oriented. Attention to detail and mathematical skills required. Monday – Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
