The right person will be dependable, organized and very detail-oriented to be part of our service support team. Our goal is to exceed a client’s total expectation when they arrive at our dealership.

Responsibilities will include:

Maintaining an open line of communication with guests Preparing and presenting repair estimates Scheduling Service appointments Checking-in vehicles and dispatching to a technician Acting as a liaison between the technician and the customer

Requirements:

Superior customer service skills Ability to work well within a team Positive attitude Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Courtesy and promptness Previous Sales Experience a Plus Ability to work rotating Saturdays, typically one Saturday per month. High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with computers and able to learn new software programs A positive disposition and a passion for making customers happy Professional personal appearance and telephone presence Ability to submit to and pass a background test and drug screening
