The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their service experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and assess their power sport service needs. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance. Align customer expectations with service capabilities, ensuring clarity on timelines and costs. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional manner. Maintain records of customer interactions, service history, and estimates for future reference. Create repair tickets. Schedule repairs with technicians. Skills Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining customer trust. Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A background in power sports is a plus but not required. Motorcycle endorsement is a plus, but it is not required. Mondays off!
