Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers in both English and Spanish with product inquiries, issues, and requests. Resolve customer concerns in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Navigate basic computer systems to document customer interactions and process requests. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while working in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). Excellent phone skills and clear communication abilities. Basic computer literacy (experience with MS Office or similar software) preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude with a passion for helping others. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant experience). Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Previous customer service experience (in any field). Familiarity with CRM or customer support software is a plus but not required.
