Duties Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Provide accurate information about products/services Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Document customer interactions in our system Follow communication scripts and procedures Adhere to phone etiquette standards to maintain a positive company image during all communications. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices. Requirements Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions responsibly. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
